Great stuff! Spray some on the head of the penis, use your finger and ensure it is spread around the head, and around and below the rim well. The quantity will need a bit of experimentation. Too little and it won't do that much. Too much of it and you and/or your partner will get too sore, tied or bored waiting for you to climax - it's that effective! It has a bit of a smell to it when still wet, but nothing too strong. When you put it on, after a few minutes you get a bit of a warming sensation, so don't fret. This sensation calms down after another 5mins or so. I do recommend giving it at least 15mins between application, and penetration/play as it takes a bit of time to kick in properly. You dont get any numbness at all, you just loose some sensitivity, but not so much that you can't enjoy the sexual experience. Recommended.

Works for me. Acts by desensitising the penis head so it takes longer and more stimulation to reach orgasm. I'd advise all men who dont last as long as they'd like to try this.
